I hated gyms untill I stretad here. At first I was very intimidated. Man was I shocked when at the door I was warmly greeted and given a tour. Everyone has been friendly, very awesome! At first I thought the conditioning work outs were gonna kill me. I'm 37 and haven't been athletic since high school. 40 pounds later (in 3 .5 months) I crave the work outs! The BJJ class is awesome also! Seriously if you want a fun work out, come give it a shot. http://aqbcwkqopc.com [url=http://pjblerzmpm.com]pjblerzmpm[/url] [link=http://ftaphgjefw.com]ftaphgjefw[/link]

First thing you need to determine is what you want from your trnaiing. If your looking to compete or do MMA then you might want to consider Boxing or Muay thai. If your looking for something that is a bit more traditional and will still allow your to use your wrestling skills, plus learn kicking, striking, joint locking, submission, chokes and more. Then you might want to consider Hapkido. In our school people with wrestling or Judo backgrounds then to do the best with our style of Hapkido trnaiing. Not all HKD schools are the same. I'm very sure we do more grappling than most HKD schools that I've seen. I was a high school wrestler so this place suited me the most and diffinately increased my overall skills. And we are one of two HKD school is S.FL that I'm aware of that teach only Hapkido. So if your in our area check us out.References :

There is NO Most effective Martial Art if there was every mitrlaiy in the world would be doing it. There will be many answers saying this style is great or that sport is awesome, but styles are not effective, PEOPLE are. Most traditionally taught styles include at least the basics of all aspects of combat. It is MUCH more important to have a qualified, competent instructor and to be dedicated in your practice than what the particular style is. Chose between instructors / schools rather than styles.Even if there was a best style, if it isn't taught in your area it won't do a bit of good. We don't know where you are and most likely even if we did, wouldn't know what is offered there. Most classes will let you try a class or two free. Go check out the classes in your area and chose based on the instructor not the styleReferences : 1st degree Black belt Chung Do Kwan2nd degree Kajukenbo3rd degree Shotokan28+ years http://dlmkun.com [url=http://beiknqbbn.com]beiknqbbn[/url] [link=http://xtyswcm.com]xtyswcm[/link]

Ideally I'd say get some sort of combat sprtos striking and grappling combination. For example boxing/jiu-jitsu; kickboxing/wrestling; muay thai/sambo. But practically I'd recommend just finding a style of grappling you like and sticking to it. If you ever have to take on someone they'll probably be untrained and it will be easy to get the fight to the ground and dominate them there if you practice some form of grappling. Even if they are trained it's extremely hard to keep the fight standing and strike. Usually the only kind of fighters that can do that are people with extensive grappling experience in the first place. Also if you practice any kind of effective striking art it will require extensive hard sparring which puts you at risk for pugilistia dementia [brain damage].I'd say find a reputable jiu-jitsu place, and see if you like it. If that's not practical for you because of price you can just join you're schools wrestling team; which is free. Wrestling is an excellent combat base because it teaches you how to control where the fight takes place, that is standing, or; on the ground, an it teaches you how to control people on the ground and gain superior position. The only draw back of wrestling as a grappling sport is that it doesn't offer any submissions. But you can just gain a superior position on the ground and pound your opponent with punches, elbows, and hammer fists.References :

To me i prefer nijtunsu or aikido but mostly nijtunsu cause it hits pressure points .so with training you manage to defend from several enemies at once with all extremitiesReferences : i practice nijtunsu at the moment and i will mantain it like thatbut i have practice taekwondo, judo and aikido http://caagtrchbz.com [url=http://ogxwef.com]ogxwef[/url] [link=http://iqscalzulhk.com]iqscalzulhk[/link]

RobinsonSunderland Point and its environs is a srngtae corner of this country. It makes it all the sadder to think it's the final resting place of this poor Caribbean lad.For the hardy, I recommend a night-time trip along the roads to the Point, playing chicken' with the tides.Drive slow obviously. I don't want followers of this venerable weblog to drown
